Party day – 2017
We successfully completed one year learning coding, robotics, website and more. We had so much fun learning and we are ready to teach kids this year summer camp. We showed all our work to parents and grand parents today. We planned party and executed flawlessly today, you can find few pics here
Voice bot
We decided to build voice which listens to word and acts accordingly. This would take more than a week, but we had only one week left for this year so decided to make simple voice bot. Check it out
Vending Machine basics
One of our team wanted to make vending machine, but we did not have lot of time, so decided to make basics of vending machine. Look at the video
Line follower – long path (can it do it?)
Wanted to check if the robot is able to follow long line with so many twist. It did!!! Watch yourself
Line Following Vehicle
This is awesome project with simple coding but more fun. In this project we used color sensor to detect light. We compared light reflected back from blue tape and carpet, this helped to define our threshold to complete this project. Click on the link to go through details.
Remote control – tweak
Even though we learned how to control car using two motion sensor as remote, we continued to expand on that project. We spent additional time at home and came up with the below change
Remote control coding
We completed coding for remote control to operate vehicle. You can click on the video to see how we did it.
Lego Mindstorm – Robotic vehicle
This is the first robotic project done by our team. We divided each assembly between us, and then completed assembly. Apart from assembly there needs to be coding involved. We spend multiple trial and error method to make this work. Click on the title to see embedded youtube video.
